ALL ARE WELCOME.
Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
The Therapy Process
Therapy is a space to come into a clearer understanding of yourself. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, our work makes room to explore the deeper patterns that shape how you experience yourself and your relationships.
We will take time to look at the “why.” This often includes exploring earlier relationships and experiences, not to stay in the past, but to understand how they continue to show up in the present.
I approach therapy as a collaborative and thoughtful process. My role is not to push change, but to help you develop greater awareness, clarity, and a more stable relationship with yourself over time.
This kind of work isn’t always easy. It asks for a willingness to slow down and engage with parts of your experience that may feel unfamiliar or difficult. Change tends to happen gradually, in a way that respects your pace.
The relationship we build is central to the process. I aim to offer a space that feels steady, attuned, and nonjudgmental, where you can explore openly and begin to make sense of your internal world.
As we work together, patterns that once felt automatic or out of reach can begin to come into awareness. At times, we may also bring attention to your present-moment experience, including thoughts, emotions, and the body, to deepen that understanding.
My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic and holistic perspective, attending to emotional, relational, and broader life contexts. The goal is not simply symptom relief, but a deeper sense of self-understanding and the ability to move through life with more intention.
“Trauma is not what happens to you. Trauma is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.”

I draw from an eclectic set of therapeutic modalities:

Client-Centered
to empower you (the client) to take an active role in your healing process, I will create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences
Mindfulness

Somatic
